Resistance Bands are a great way to tone muscles for a relatively low price. You don't need a cable machine, although they're nice, to attach a band to a table or chair leg and get a good leg workout. Or attach a band end to a doorknob for arm exercises. There are a multitude of floor exercises you can do as. Get a decent resistance, do your reps and see the improvement.
