Happy Spring and a huge thank you to all you fabulous shoppers, customers and visitors who've stopped by Althena Fitness over the past 30 days. 6,778 Visitors - WOW! That's incredible for a new store. It's been quite a journey with many sleepless nights. I plan on making this store and Althena Fitness the best ever so I can share. By sharing, I want to give a percentage of each sale to someone in need and/or climate change.                     

For those of you who may not know, we have a contact form on our homepage. It's designed and there for you to reach out with any questions, problems, or anything you'd like to share, anything at all.  All emails are read and, if needed, will be responded to. Please feel free to use our contact form or email us at  We also have a chat box located on the bottom right of each page. It notifies us when someone types a message, then hopefully one of us will respond immediately, or we will asap. No AI's. You get a real person.

This is your community. I want to build something special. Feel free to make suggestions, share your ideas, ask me to cover a relevant topic, or if there's a certain fitness related product you'd like me to carry, please let me know and I'll do my best to get it in the store. This is your store too. I want you to have a good experience and find what you're looking for.

Fitness comes in all shapes, sizes and forms. However, It starts by putting healthy food and drink into your system. For now, I'd like to share a favorite personal recipe of mine. It's absolutely delicious and so healthy. I hope you like it too.

                                                     Fresh Spinach Salad 

 2 cups fresh spinach leaves - 2 big handfuls 

1/4 Honeycrisp apple - chopped

1/4 cup green or red seedless grapes                                           

1/4 of a whole orange pepper - chopped                                                  

1/4 cucumber - sliced & quartered                                                    

1/2 avocado - sliced                                                       

4 baby carrots - sliced/chopped/or grated                                 

Fresh ginger 1/2" piece - grated                                             

Chia seeds - tsp                                                      

Fresh walnuts, almonds, or pecans - 1/8 to 1/4 cup chopped

Fresh blueberries - 1/4 cup

1/4 cup dried cranberries           

Juice of 1/2 to 1 fresh lemon tossed throughout
